Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
